This dual fuel smoker has a unique, patented ‘Flame Disc Bowl’ located
above the gas burner and beneath the water bowl – you can put some wood
chunks in the FD Bowl when smoking with gas, or fill the FD Bowl with
charcoal if you are smoking with charcoal.
